AJ Graphic Design LLC Project Policy
Throughout the design process you will be sent proofs to preview, to ensure we are headed in the right direction. These graphics will have the company watermark on them to guarantee they are not used before being fully paid for. A nonrefundable deposit of half the full amount is due prior to the start of your design. If you want any changes made to the graphics during the process, please voice them. Each service has a specified amount of revisions and a draft that is included in the quoted price. After the free revisions you will be charged an additional fee per request. To ensure you don’t exceed the free revised designs please be as clear as possible when explaining what you want as well as what changes you would like made. After we both agree the design is finalized and your full payment amount is sent all documents will be sent over to you. File formats available: Adobe Illustrator, PDF, JPEG, PNG, SVG
If after we have agreed upon a finished design and you are not satisfied with the design it will also be an additional fee for each change made.
